There is a person his name is Avi
He is all the time like not a good person. Once BG has explained him a lot but still he needs a lot of things to get clear. Second I was in view that %26quot;Joanne%26quot; is very good at English but I came to know that her English is also not so good and dear, there is great difference the language you have as mother language and the language you study. Mother language is without grammar without any law. You only speak it as you learn from your parents and society. But when we study it we study it grammatically and according to some laws. There are a lot of things in my language which I don't know grammatically. When I hear them I say they are wrong but when an expert tells the law then it becomes clear. Same is with native English speakers. I do admit there are often mistakes in my write and that is why I put my work online and I also give others to read to let me know the mistakes. IT IS UNIVERSAL TRUTH THAT NO ONE CAN OBSERVE HIS OWN MISTAKES TILL HE DOES NOT ASK ANY ONE TO CORRECT THEM. Second in our country it is the law that before you publish your any thing, we get correction from experts and this is not called cheating at all. So if you mind for helping me that is narrow of your mind and this built something worse in my heart for you.
One thing more about Avi is this that his knowledge is very limited, if you have grip on language but if you don't have knowledge of any thing you can never give comments. The thing which is hard for you to understand this does not mean that there is fault in that thing. You better see yourself where you stand. The most important is this if none of you understand what I write, you can only say I don't understand but most of you suggest me that it should be in this way this proofs that you do understand my write. When you understand then you give suggestions.
TO PASS COMMENTS WITHOUT ANY LOGIC IS A SUPREME TYPE OF NONSENSE. Avi instead passing such small comments for people you better try to write any thing of your own. Whatever status it would have I will accept it, don't worry for this that your work will not be welcomed.

The subject of the sentence is a person and the pronoun for a person can’t be their or they, we are not allowed to use pronouns in this way. Hope most of you will agree with me on this point?

Natives are mostly poor in grammar my dear “Avi”. NATIVES ALSO NEED TO LEARN GRAMMAR FOR WRITES. Wisdom is not in language my dear Avi. If It were like this, English would have never translated a lot of books form other languages to English and nor other nations would have translated English’s work in to their languages. Wisdom is in the mind of people, which they express through different sources of communication.
Avi tries to show his worst face in this way not only to me to every one else here. I have great respect for English people as they are royal like me. So you must try to keep this thing in mind that royal don’t behave like this. You can criticize one’s work but you can’t suggest any one to leave that work. WRITER IS LIKE A GOD AS GOD CREATES THINGS, WRITER ALSO CREATES THINGS AND GIVES UNKNOWN VISION LIKE GOD.

I agree with you. Spoken English is very different to written English, especially the English of serious, academic publications.
But, written language which sticks too closely to old rules does not grow richer. If I read articles written, for example, during the last war they appear to me to be very dry and full of long latinate phrases. I was taught Grammar as a separate subject when I was at school, but now children are expected to learn this by usage. I know what a noun, verb, adjective, adverb etc. is they do not.
I know the difference between words like 'whom' and 'who' but they do not. 'Whom' is very rarely used now in speech.

I don't wish to comment on 'Avi'. I will say, though, that there are many people on this site who are not always kind or helpful in their responses. They are ignorant people...take no notice of them.
